Gifting the Magic of Circus to Kids of All Ages

Every Saturday, our team at Centre Sablon offers FREE circus classes to over 200 youth aged 5-17 at Pole Cirque, Hochelaga. Social circus builds confidence, discipline, and community through aerial and ground skills.

CirQus's commitment to accessibility and community impact.

Le Petit Cirque Sablon removes barriers and opens doors. Every Saturday, over 200 young people ages 5-18 walk into Centre Sablon and discover what their bodies can do—not because their families can afford circus classes, but because circus should belong to everyone.

Under the guidance of eight professional artists and trainers, students don't just learn aerial silks, acrobatics, and performance skills—they build confidence, find their community, and discover they're capable of more than they imagined. We're creating a generation of young artists who know that circus, like community, is something we build together.

A 70-Year Legacy of Empowering Community

Le Petit Cirque Sablon is proud to operate in partnership with Centre Sablon, a Montreal institution with over 70 years of dedication to helping young people from all backgrounds reach their full potential through sports and recreation. Founded in 1951 by Father Marcel de la Sablonnière in a converted chicken coop in the Plateau-Mont-Royal, Centre Sablon has since served more than one million people, making it Quebec's first recreational facility of its kind and a cornerstone of Montreal's commitment to accessible recreational programming.
