CirQus is an adapted aerial training program based out of Montréal, Canada. We teach circus arts as a fitness alternative and/or a complement to your good old gym routine. On any given day, you'll find us proudly organizing community events, teaching weekly classes and animating activities such as corporate team building events, kids daycamps and bachelorette parties. We LOVE our job! Which is to help you build up your confidence, self esteem and strength, all of this while gaining flexibility in body and mind, and conquering all your fears! About our Classes
Circus arts embraces the different and trains the extra ordinary. This is why, we at CirQus welcome everyone, regardless of level, background or body shape. We get participants from all necks off the woods: students, accountants, travellers, engineers, kids AND parents... all together, sometimes all at the same time. It’s all about the individual’s journey, so you only have to live up to your own standards. Get ready to have fun and get fit on your own terms: our classes are fun, affordable, adaptive and taught at a variety of locations, depending on group sizes and seasons.
No two classes are the same, we customize our curriculums to fit every group's particular training goals. We focus our strategies for technical improvement based on everyone's skills and level. Typical classes will run between 1-2hrs including a good warm up, a quick round of goal settings, followed by climbs, upright and inverted figures and concludes with group impressions and cool down. You are welcome to come early or stay later for an optional unsupervised open-training, where you can revise your figures for up to a maximum of 3hrs of gym use.
