Your class fee covers your entry into ‘Open Training’ where you can train before and after class, meaning you get over 3 hours of training.. We will focus on your particular training goals and offer individual strategies for technical and strength improvement based on your skills and level.

1pm – 2:15pm
Learn the basics. Practice your classic and Russian climbs and get comfortable upside down. Learn to use your feet, not your biceps, to climb and invert. You will grow muscle, build endurance and tone your body toning while having nothing but fun.
4:30pm – 5:45pm
4:30am – 5:45am
15 minutes warm up and 1 hour of climbing. We focus on technique and muscle building. Every class will focus on a variety of different figures on the aerial silks. This class is for those who have taken the Sunday intro course
2:30pm – 3:45pm
Learn a routine and develop your technical repertoire by expanding on beginner-level moves such as hip keys and ankle hangs. This is ideal for people who have previous experience in aerial circus arts or pole dancing and that can do inversions from off the floor.
Semi or Private classes
7:00pm – 8:15pm
Want to see a goal of yours fulfilled in a short period of time? Want to schedule a course for just you and your pal? Fridays are available for private or semi-private classes where you can have individualized attention and focus on your own particular training goals.
